1920’s Fisherman’s cottage
In a heritage town every old cottage is part of the history
The cottage was definitely in need of work. There was no insulation, fireplaces were boarded up, the floor was not level, the walls were out of square, windows were rotted, there was water rot in a lot of timbers. It did have potential character!
